We ship within Australia using Australia Post or Courier depending on the location and product weight/dimensions.
Shipping and handling is calculated at checkout. The standard charge is $8.90 per order. Certain products may have an additional shipping charge if they are large (equipment or kits). We will contact you via email if additional charges will apply.
We offer an Express Post or Courier service within Australia at a cost of $15.90 per order. This is available for certain items (such as clothing and small items) and locations only. If you choose this option and Express Delivery is not available then we will refund the difference between Express and Standard. If an item is temporarily out of stock and we need to order it in we will still Express Deliver the order.
We use Australia Post/NZ Post to deliver your order to New Zealand.
We charge $8.90 for Standard Shipping and $15.90 for Express Shipping to New Zealand. Typically, Express Shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on your location and Standard Shipping take approximately 4-8 business days.
For other overseas orders the standard shipping charge is $28.90 per order. We may vary this depending on your location. We will contact you to get confirmation. Please note that your Ezi Sports payment does not include any customs or taxation charges that may be added to your order when it arrive into your country.
Please note that we only accept paypal payment or direct deposit for overseas orders (excluding New Zealand). Should you checkout using a credit card, we will reverse the charge and contact you.
Please also note that sometimes we are unable to ship an item due to the size or location. If this is the case we will contact you after your purchase and let you know.
Our Customer Service Policy
Ezi Sports is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We strive to ensure all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-6 business days (depending on the postal/courier delivery schedule and your location); in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2-3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
