Whatever went wrong - don't worry - we'll try and fix it !!
If you are not completely satisfied with your choice or the product you have received you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
If you are not happy with the fitting or colour of the product (clothing, etc.) then please return it for a new one. You are responsible for postage costs unless we have made the mistake (for example - you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. - This is at our judgment).
Please ensure all new items are returned with tags in tact and in the original packaging. If for any reason the new item is damaged or not complete, our team will contact you with further alternatives.
You should expect to receive your refund or a new item as soon as we have received the items but do allow a few days for the shipment to return to us and your bank to facilitate the refund into your account.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
