Orca Womens Open Water Wetsuit: If you’re looking for a wetsuit designed for open water training that offers high visibility, and so higher levels of safety, at an affordable price.

For a triathlete, there is nothing quite like the feeling of being out there in the open water, alone with your thoughts, the methodical rhythm of your stroke and the beautiful ocean. For some of us though, openwater swimming can be a little daunting, and being visible for safety’s sake is a top priority for a feeling of security.

Orca’s new Openwater wetsuit and neoprene swim cap (click here for the cap) with high-vis neon orange neoprene now makes this feeling of security a reality.

  • VISIBILITY - Neon orange jersey smoothskin arms allow you to be extremely visible in the open water - greatly increasing your feeling of security.
  • FLEXIBILITY - With a thickness of 2-2.5mm. Yamamoto neoprene all over, this suit is super flexible, giving you great freedom of movement in the open water.
  • VALUE - At such an affordable pricepoint, and with kid’s sizes available, this suit is one that really can fit out the whole family at a great price

  • A: Hydrolite lining 39cell 2mm
  • B: Polyester jersey + water repellent, 38cell, 2mm white neoprene.
  • C: SmoothSkn 2.5mm 38cell Multistretch

We always recommend you focus on your chest measurement as the main size guide. This will enable you to have a good fit, while being able to flex your upper body while swimming. For more information read this handy hints guide.

Love my wetsuit, it's the first one I've ever bought and I'm 60. I wanted to swim during winter and this is perfect, very flexible arms and keeps me warm. Love it.

Ezi sports definitely gave the right advice to buy the wetsuit according to chest size. as whilst a bit baggy around my lower half I have found in perfectly comfortableI and warn enough to continue swimming laps in a home pool now the water has got too cold for just swimmers.

The suit was so comfortable to wear and I had no issues with arm restriction when swimming. Tracey was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, helpful and friendly. Will definitely use Ezi Sports again.

lovely suit but go up a size!

Can't find a fault with service or product, but advice for anyone buying - sizes run small. I am slim, usually wear a size 10-12 & bought the large. XL may have been a better choice. It's still great & has me swimming again in the sea.

Breaking in the orca women's wet suit

first time user of a wet suit and still not 100% sure its needed but that's probably because we are moving into summer and water getting warmer. Use the gloves provided to put on wet suit and per advice from supplier scrunch legs up to crutch as this will really help you get the suit up over your shoulders. Also I can not emphasise enough wear the suit (up to at least 20 times) before any major event. Buoyancy from this suit is amazing. As a swimming teacher i recommend a kick up to reduce drag; I'm now adjusting my kick so I can get some power/traction so that I'm not kicking (even the small amount I do do in open water swims) above the water line. Very flexible in arms (from first swim). I'd recommend suit.
