Strength Workouts
Spinervals 'strength' workouts are designed to improve your sustainable power output, increase leg strength and raise your anaerobic or lactate threshold. These workouts can be considered 'anaerobic' in many cases but that will depend on your effort throughout the sessions. I purchased the Spinervals DVD - 24.0 HILLacious. I found it to be a very good Hill workout on the trainer. Great for winter & indoor training and can't wait for my next DVD to arrive. I use this DVD once a week. It has definitely helped with my leg strength and found that my usual road ride seemed a whole lot easier.
