Over a week ago I decided to invest in a pair of K-Swiss KEAHOU running shoes. These shoes are the best running shoes on the market. I was running in Brooks ST4 shoes for a period of 7 months and I realise they did not have the right cushioning for a lightweight running shoe. Before hand, I was running in New Balance 825s and 903s from December 2006 to March 2010.
The K-Swiss Keahou II shoes have the right amount of cushioning for a low profile lightweight shoe to allow anyone to maximise their performance without suffering a major injury.
Get a pair of K-Swiss Keahou and KONA shoes and you will never regret the investment.
