I took 1 hour 21 minutes off of my time from last year, so I am absolutely thrilled! I finished in 12:52, never in my wildest dreams did I think I could break 13 with the hills and then the swim being as rough as it was. I was pretty consistent throughout the day, but more than that I had the confidence that I'd trained right and was strong, and it paid off!

I purchased the program in February 08, after training with a coach/sport physiologist for 2 seasons with mixed results. Endurance Planner made the 2008 season my best season ever! I had PRs in every race including winning (1st female overall) at the Canadian off-road triathlon nationals short course (& a 15 minute PR), and I had a 2hrs 30 min PR at Ironman Arizona (from 13 1/2 hrs in 2007 to 11 hrs in 2008)
