GU Recovery Brew Mixing Instructions

After finishing your workout drink 500-750ml (16 - 24oz.) of GU Recovery Brew to replenish energy stores and rebuild muscles. 

• Fill 500ml (16oz) bottle halfway with water 
• Add 60g (3 Scoops) Recovery Brew mix 
• Cap bottle and shake vigorously for 20 seconds 
• Uncap bottle and add remaining water 
• Cap bottle and shake vigorously for 20 seconds 
• Enjoy!
