The Process
Step 1. Athlete Questionnaire
You'll receive a questionnaire via email. You'll provide information pertaining to your training and race history (if any), your preferred weekly training structure and local resources, as well as your planned events and season goals.
Step 2. Coach Consultation
Pre-arranged via email, the consultation is an opportunity to clarify details, prioritize events, evaluate goals and fine tune the approach toward your goals. You'll connect with the individual working on your season plan, who will always be accessible via the coach forum.

Level 1 programs (13-25 weeks) require nominal athletic background before beginning the program. The focus is on building aerobic fitness and endurance for the specified distance. Athletes progress each week, having fun with training and staying motivated toward goal events, regardless of the distance.
Level 2 programs (13-25 weeks) are made for the active person or experienced triathlete, ready for slightly higher training intensities and looking to develop strength, speed, endurance and a level of fitness not seen before, come race day.
Level 3 programs (6-14 weeks) building on previous experience with more challenging training sessions and an increased overall training schedule, to further develop aerobic capacity, muscular endurance, power and speed at every distance.
Level 4 programs (6-14 weeks) from Sprint to Ironman are for the seriously competitive athlete! For those who eat, sleep, breathe and race triathlon, the Endurance Planner Level 4 programs have been designed by elite athletes with ITU and Ironman victory experience and professional coaches to provide the opportunity to train like a pro, for competition at your highest level.

Following Kevin’s structured training program toward my first Ironman, gave me the confidence I needed on my big day. I followed the program exactly and exceeded my Ironman goal of just finishing, by winning my age group. I felt great thanks to excellent preparation.
